Q: When will my order be shipped out?

A: If all the items in your order are in stock, you order will be shipped out in 2 working days. If some items are out of stock, we need 3~10days to produce, please be patience!

Q: When can i get the package?

A: China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus and China Post Air Mail normally takes 16~35 days to United States and Europe, 20~60 days to other countries. 

If your order over $7 , we will update the shipment to ePacket ( normally takes 7~25 days ) for US and Russia buyers and China Post Air Mail ( can be tracked in your countries ) for other buyers.

Q: Do i need to pay shipping cost?

A: We provide free China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus for some countries, and some country buyers need to pay $2 shipping cost. You can see it when placing the order. If you can choose China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, then you do not need to pay, if you can only choose china post air mail, you need to pay $2 shipping cost.

Q: What should i do if i don't get the package?

A: As China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus and china post air mail takes a long time on road, please be patience, thank you! If it has taken over 55 days , please contact us. We will extend the delivery time or refund for you.
